Bespoke commissions

Payment

Payment is by card or bank transfer, securely processed through Stripe. Full settlement is completed before despatch.

Delivery

UK delivery is included. International delivery is arranged with fully insured, customs-documented transit. Shipping is quoted on enquiry and agreed in writing before despatch.

Provenance and authenticity

Every work is accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity, recording title, dimensions, year, materials and date of acquisition. Each piece is archived in the studio's records and remains traceable for the life of the painting.

Care and conservation

A care note accompanies every work, with guidance on hanging, light exposure and long-term conservation. The mineral surfaces are stable under normal domestic conditions. Works should not be hung in direct sustained sunlight or in rooms of high humidity.

For original works purchased through the website by private individuals, the statutory 14-day right to cancel under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations applies. Works must be returned in original condition and packaging at the buyer's cost, insured for the full purchase price. For bespoke commissions made to individual specification, the statutory right does not apply; commission terms are set out in the commission agreement.
