How should I hang the painting?
Each painting arrives unframed, with painted edges in neutral white. Equipped with professional-grade hanging wire for seamless display.
Care
Dust gently with a soft dry brush if needed. Avoid touching the surface, and avoid direct sunlight for prolonged periods. Keep the painting in a room with stable humidity.
Documentation
Every work arrives with a signed Certificate of Authenticity, recording title, dimensions, year and date of acquisition. Each piece is archived in the studio’s records and remains traceable.
Delivery
Each painting is prepared and dispatched personally from the studio, packed to gallery standard and fully insured in transit. Mainland UK delivery included. International and Non Mainland UK, delivery is by separate arrangement, quoted individually. International duties and taxes are the responsibility of the collector. Providing the correct shipping information is the responsibility of the collector. We regret to advise orders will not be refunded if the order is lost, delivered to the wrong address, or returned by the carrier due to the customer providing incorrect shipping information.
Returns
A 14 day cancellation policy is in place for original works purchased through the website. Returns are at the buyer’s cost. Works must be returned to the studio in original condition and packaging, insured for the full purchase price, as any loss or damage in transit is the responsibility of the collector. Bespoke commissions made to specification are exempt; commission terms are set out in the commission agreement.
Commissions
Commissions are warmly welcomed. Each begins with a conversation regarding the space, its light, and the qualities the work is asked to hold. With a conversation first, then a written proposal setting out scale, palette direction, materials and estimated timeline. On agreement, a non-refundable deposit of 50 per cent is held against materials and studio time. The work then develops in the studio, with progress photographs shared at natural points. Once the balance is settled, the painting is despatched. Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, bespoke commissions made to the client’s specification are exempt from the 14 day cancellation. This is set out in the commission agreement.
